Victoria Pendleton to take part in “Strictly Come Dancing”

The Olympic gold medalist cycling sensation Victoria Pendleton is all set to join the next season of “Strictly Come Dancing”. She is super excited about the event and will commence her rehearsals very soon. Soon after the revelation of the news the media jumped after her and she confirmed the news. She also states that she will be in a relaxed mood as nobody expects her to win the event.

Pendleton won a gold medal as well as a silver medal in London Olympic 2012. Soon after that she took her retirement from the cycling arena. So this is her new incarnation which the whole world is about to witness. When asked about her feelings to join the show, Victoria Pendleton stated that she is certainly pretty excited. But at the same time she didn’t forget to mention that this would be her first attempt to dance. So nobody should expect from her to win the show, which, in terms, will make her tension free while going to the show.

Jerry Hall, the famous model, will also be joining Pendleton at the show. It is going to be quite a tough challenge for her, too. Being asked about her expectations from the show, Jerry told that she was hoping for a tall, dark and handsome partner! She agreed to the fact that though it would mostly be having fun out there but the process of learning the steps are pretty tough.

On the other hand, Victoria Pendleton seems to be losing her patience. She is eagerly waiting for the show to start. The commencement of the training session is almost there and the world famous cyclist reported that she couldn’t wait longer. Kimberley Walsh, Fern Britton, Sid Owen are also to take part along with Pendleton and Jerry hall. This season’s new judge will be Ballerina Darcy Bussell.
